Food Safety Training

To help retailers protect their customers and their reputations, CBC Learning Center offers food safety training for convenience stores operations. Our experienced trainers are ServSafe Certified Instructors, HACCP Certified Instructors and members of the International HACCP Alliance so you can feel confident you’ll receive the highest standard of food safety training.



Our training programs are designed for Store Owners, Store Managers, General Managers, Supervisors, Food Service Managers and other “key” personnel. Training includes:

  • Principles of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
  • ServSafe® Certification and Re-Certification

Training workshops can be on-site or at a location convenient for your staff. Workshop curriculum may be customized for your team or tailored to include additional topics specific to your food operation. A minimum of 15 registered attendees is required.
